SCDC's team of realtor's, land acquisitions specialists, and community planners work together to find and purchase the best locations for our communities. After careful site selection, we then plan each community to suit the unique characteristics of the site chosen.
We continuously source the most environmentally friendly and highest quality materials available for our manufacturing and on site construction processes. We also pre-order all supplies necessary all the way down to appliances to ensure that once the project is started that there are as few delays as possible, if any at all.
Manufacturing of our ICP buildings begin in controlled factory environments and can take place around the clock throughout the year no matter what weather conditions exist. Pre-construction and preparation at the site location is also carried out at the same time as manufacturing to reduce total build time saving everyone money and time.
Once the site is ready and manufacturing completed, all materials and ICP panels are delivered to the site for construction building to begin. Enhanced safety and quality assurance measures are taken at every step, even though we construct and entire building on site in 1 to 2 days.
After each building is completed with all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and all inspections are passed, our post construction teams continue to evaluate our buildings for completeness to our quality standards. Once completed, our final interior design and staging teams completely furnish each unit and complete all final walkthroughs to make sure each apartment is ready for immediate move-in.
