As an investor, this allows you to closely monitor the progress on apartment complexes that are being built for you, without the need for you to be physically present. You can rest assured that every permit and proper procedure are followed to the letter. You can check in hourly, daily, or weekly to view and obtain statuses and updates on the progress of your multi-family units from the design stage to the day they are rented out, and beyond.
Our project management software allows each architect, designer, builder, craftsman, supplier, and investor to see exactly where the project is to better facilitate keeping the project on schedule. This allows everyone to save time with on-site visits or phone calls in order to get updates, which can now be viewed virtually via checklists, written reports, pictures, videos, and more.
Still, every single project has a project manager that visits the site daily anytime any work is done. This allows our investors to be anywhere of their choosing while still being updated and aware of every minute detail of their construction project's progress.
