SCDC'S FASTER AND BETTER CONSTRUCTION METHODS

We use a quality-controlled factory process to build your walls and ceiling (with steel-reinforced concrete panels) that exceeds typical construction standards, then we assemble the fourplexes or eightplexes onsite. Your entire investment property can be move-in ready in about 60 days, with only an average of two weeks disruption to your community for onsite construction.

Once the approvals have been granted by the local building office, the fun begins. First, we cast the slab and then we start assembling your investment property concrete multifamily rental homes. Simultaneously, your concrete panels are constructed off-site at our partner indoor facility and then transported to the site location where they’re assembled by our highly skilled construction team.

The panels take a couple of weeks to construct, but the onsite assembly only takes a day or two to assemble. Once the walls have been assembled, now it’s time to turn these concrete panels into a lovely apartment rental home. The final phase involves the installation of the Doors, Windows, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Bathrooms, Kitchen and Flooring.
