S.H.A.R.E. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORP (SCDC) is a Houston, Texas-based startup developer and builder of multifamily apartment communities featuring 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom 4plexes and 8plexes. We are on the cusp of explosive growth and seek outside sales professionals who are ambitious and desire a top 10% income in the US.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


When you begin as a Outside Business Development Sales specialist with SCDC, you will receive income that is 100% COMMISSION ONLY, with significant income potential.  Successful Outside Business Development Sales specialists earn direct commissions that can exceed $500,000 annually, and should never be less than $150,000 annually, including the first year. We offer UNCAPPED commissions with no limit on what you can earn. Finally, you can get paid for the work and time you invest.

We sell a very high-ticket product, so only 15 sales for the year will provide a $150,000 income in the first year. Also, 1 client can equal 5 sales or more, to further multiply your opportunity for potential significant income.

If you meet the sales goals and expectations as an Outside Business Development Sales specialist, there is an opportunity to become a Regional Sales Manager with the ability to have your own territory with a sales team that you earn override commissions on that can exceed $1,000,000 annually, uncapped.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Close sales opportunities by building a genuine rapport with potential clients and demonstrate key features and benefits of our products and service offerings.

If you have experience in any of the following sales fields, your skills will transfer well to this opportunity. The fields below have a similar sales cycle to ours:

• Home Improvement Sales
• Security System Sales
• Real Estate Sales
• Mortgage Finance
• Pharmaceutical Sales
• Auto Sales
• Any High Ticket or Sales to High Income Individuals

SCOPE

 

• We are looking for full time, part time or work as you can Outside Business Development Sales specialists to join our team! These positions are 100% remote, and you have free reign to sell to any potential client in any state in the U.S.

• You can also keep your current job while working this position if desired.

• This position currently reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

5 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


1) Present and sell company products/services to new clients/investor-purchasers.
2) Become an expert in turnkey multifamily real estate investing and it’s benefits for investor-purchasers
3) Communicate with clients and generate interest in our real estate investment buildings for sale
4) Be professional and courteous while educating investor-purchasers about our product/service opportunity.
5) Represent SCDC and its brand with integrity.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


• Experience:  Experience in sales closing experience in either real estate, investment, or a financial service industry is preferred, but not required. Personality, Character, and Ambition in lieu of experience is accepted.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a similar field preferred. Personality, Character, and Experience in lieu of education is accepted.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS


• Qualification: Independent self-starter, Self-driven work ethic, A passion for helping others, High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

• Skills:  Effective influential, Persuasion, negotiation, selling, and closing skills with previous sales experience a plus, Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES


• Knowledge:  Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Has a solid understanding of business, financials, markets, and the needs of the client.

• Abilities:  Ability to generate and manage leads, and opportunities, Ability to build rapport with clients, Ability to interact with clients in live and virtual environments, Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, investment and proforma data, Ability to adhere to all compliance guidelines.

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our sales program, and the investment desires of the clients in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
