Our 2-story buildings are constructed using Pre-Cast Insulated Concrete panel construction allowing us to erect a single building in 1 to 2 days for the completed structure with only finishing left afterwards.

This means that we can complete an entire building from vertical construction start until move-in ready in only 10 days, and an entire community in 90 days or less.
