Cheerful Creek Court Apartments will be a SCDC multifamily community consisting of 20 buildings and 112 total apartments. This is the second community of six for our planned 1st year projects.
We are currently accepting PRE-SALE AGREEMENT reservations to hold the opportunity to purchase these income producing buildings on a first come first serve basis. If you qualify, only a $5000 per building contract fee (fully refundable under certain conditions), is required to hold your right to purchase these buildings.
