WHAT IS INVESTING WITH SCDC?

We use the term "Investor-Purchaser" for our customers who purchase multifamily 4-plex and 8-plex apartment buildings from SCDC. While we use the term "investing" when speaking of the process of doing business with S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp, you are essentially purchasing a non-owner occupied building for the purpose of using it for monthly income as a landlord to your tenants, although we manage it all for you from A to Z.

This is the "investment" aspect of the process you enter into with SCDC.  You own your building 100% and no ownership stock or shares of SCDC are sold to you as part of an investment.  This is why non-accredited or 1st time investors are welcomed along  with all others when using our strategies.
