OUR PRIVACY POLICY

SCDC Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

In this document, “SCDC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp, a Texas corporation, together with its wholly owned subsidiaries and affiliated entities. SCDC may designate any wholly owned subsidiary or affiliated entity to perform its obligations, including to develop, hold title to, execute a purchase contract for, and convey a building. Doing so does not relieve SCDC of its obligations.

This page applies to sharecommunitydevelopmentcorp.com and scdctexas.com and to every related page, form, and online feature SCDC operates. The footer of scdctexas.com links to the copies of these policies hosted on sharecommunitydevelopmentcorp.com; those copies govern both websites.

This Privacy Policy explains how S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (“SCDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, including sharecommunitydevelopmentcorp.com and scdctexas.com, and any related pages, forms, communications, products, and services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We describe below the limited ways we share information, the choices you have (including how to opt out of analytics), and the rights available to residents of certain U.S. states.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Identifiers and contact information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and, where applicable, account login credentials.
• Registration and interest information — details you submit when you request access to a briefing, select a briefing date, or otherwise express interest in our program (for example, how you heard about us).
• Transaction and financial information — information you provide in connection with a Reservation Deposit or a purchase, such as the name and contact details on the wire and the reference information needed to credit it. Reservation Deposits are accepted only by wire transfer. We do not accept ACH transfers, and we do not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account login credentials on our websites. Wire transfers are handled by our bank; we receive the transaction record, not your banking credentials.
• Information about you provided by someone who referred you. If an existing SCDC Investor-Purchaser refers you to us through our referral program, they provide us with your first name, personal email address, and sometimes your last name and phone number, so that we can send you an invitation to an SCDC briefing on their behalf. They confirm to us that they personally know you. Our invitation email identifies who referred you and includes a one-click unsubscribe. If you would prefer we not contact you, use that link or email us and we will remove your information.
• Communications — the content of messages, emails, or calls you send us, and our responses.
• Automatically-collected technical and usage information — such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and general activity on the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

We do not intentionally collect “sensitive personal information” (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, or financial account login credentials) beyond what is necessary to complete a transaction you request.

Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you (for example, when you complete a form or contact us), automatically through your use of the Services and our analytics tools, and from service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, email and marketing platforms and hosting providers).

We also receive information about you from other individuals. Existing SCDC Investor-Purchasers may submit your contact information through our referral program so that we can invite you to a briefing on their behalf. We ask every referring party to confirm that they personally know you, to submit only personal email addresses, and never to submit work, company, government, or public-official addresses. If you receive an invitation you did not expect, the message identifies who referred you and includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you may also contact us directly to be removed.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services and respond to your requests;
• Register you for briefings and communicate with you about your reservation, account, or inquiries;
• Process transactions and maintain records of them;
• Send you administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
• Measure and analyze traffic and engagement so we can improve our content and user experience;
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services, detect and prevent fraud, and enforce our terms; and
• Comply with legal obligations and exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies, Analytics & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and device identifiers) to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our sites.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure site traffic and engagement (for example, page views, scroll depth, and clicks) so we can improve our content. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. Learn more at Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your controls. You may opt out of analytics on our sites at any time using the privacy banner or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer, which lets you turn analytics off for your device. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings; if you disable cookies, some features may not work as intended.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of analytics/tracking and the sharing of your personal information for that browser, without any further action needed from you.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it publicly without your consent. We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), email and communications delivery, payment processing, and customer support — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal and safety. When reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others, or investigate fraud or security issues.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

A note on state-law definitions. Some state privacy laws define “sale” and “sharing” broadly to include the use of analytics or advertising cookies that pass identifiers to third parties. To the extent our use of analytics is considered “sharing” under those laws, you may opt out as described in Sections 4 and 6, and we honor GPC signals as an opt-out.

Your Privacy Choices

• Do Not Sell or Share / Opt out of analytics. Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer, or the privacy banner, to opt out of analytics tracking for your device. Your choice is saved on that device/browser.
• Global Privacy Control. Turn on GPC in your browser or a supported extension and we will automatically opt you out (see Section 4).
• Marketing emails. Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or contact us, to stop marketing messages. We may still send you required transactional messages (such as reservation confirmations or legal notices).
• Cookies. Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
• If you were referred to us. You may ask us to delete the contact information a referring party submitted about you, at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in our invitation or by contacting us. We will delete it and will not contact you again about the program.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to legal exceptions:

• Access / Know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
• Delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you;
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Portability — request a copy of your information in a portable format;
• Opt out — opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising and certain profiling;
• Non-discrimination — you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights;
• Appeal — where provided by your state’s law, appeal our decision on your request.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the rights above, including the right to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise the opt-out, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or enable GPC. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including newer 2026 laws) have the applicable rights listed above and may exercise them as described below.

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by emailing admin@scdctexas.com or by calling 281-863-9929. We will verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable as permitted). If we deny your request and your state provides an appeal right, we will explain how to appeal.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and individuals under 18 may not register for or use the Services. This matches the eligibility requirement in our Terms of Use. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain your account or relationship with us, and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we limit access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where you have login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential.

Data Transfers

We are a U.S.-based company and process information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your location.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this page or your use of SCDC’s websites is governed by the dispute resolution provisions of the SCDC Website Terms of Use, which provide for a sixty (60) day informal resolution period followed by final and binding individual arbitration seated in Houston, Harris County, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Those provisions waive trial by jury and waive class, collective, and representative proceedings.
