Tranquil Tavern Villas Apartments will be a quiet little SCDC multifamily community consisting of 10 buildings and 56 total apartments.  This is the first community and the smallest of our six planned 1st year projects.

We are currently accepting PRE-SALE AGREEMENT reservations to hold the opportunity to purchase these income producing buildings on a first come first serve basis.
