My quick testimonial of why I invested in SCDC early on was for me it was, it's all about money and time, freedom down the road.
I knew I did everything I wanted to in life.
You know, I spent my time in the Army, law enforcement, EMS, fire, but I always knew I had to find something early on.
You know, when I, when I just left the Army, I spent time researching businesses, investments, different things I wanted to get into.
And it took a couple years while I worked full time and I came up with investing in real estate was going to be my vehicle on having to have being able to do that.
And I came up with multi family housing was going to be my solution.
And actually, while I was about to close on a six unit property in Ohio, I came across Ryan's post about SCDC.
And after I saw the performer a few times, actually I, I jumped right on it. I mean, the numbers made sense.
